Technical information

Peliculas y Papeles Especials developed a bag derived from the family of a Ethylene Copolymer- Vinyl- Acetate (EVA), which offers a lower fusion point than the one found in the market, because of this it is ideal for the packing of additives and formulations that are added in the mixtures of rubber and plastics, turning it into a local supplier of great importance for these industries.

This film of low melting point developed by Papeles y Peliculas Especiales has the homologation of Michelin in France turning it into the only supplier of this product at local level. It is also in the process of certification in countries of the Andean region like Peru, Ecuador and Venezuela, not only for the producers of Rims, but also for companies related to rubber and its diverse applications.

The EVA bag (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) for its features is ideal for use in the rubber and plastic industry because:

• Allows to work at low temperatures, for melting point is between 70-80°C (158-176°F).

• Excellent dispersion and good compatibility with these materials

• Bamburies can be manufactured at lower temperatures

• Reduces the mixing time

• Avoids contamination risks due to bad cast

• Saves energy

Bag EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) can be manufactured with the following specifications:
